Another place to get acquainted with the culture of indigenous peoples is the Ethnocultural Center of the city of Beloyarsky. It is located in the building of the Center for Specially Protected Areas "Nouvi-At". The building itself in the form of a plague is a kind of reference to the national northern theme. In addition, in the design of the structure there are motifs of a traditional oblas – a dugout rowing boat. What's inside? The stationary exposition "Northern Civilization: the Khanty people", which is a logical continuation of the appearance of the Ethno-Cultural Center. You will start to be surprised already at the entrance. After all, your journey will take you through three worlds – upper, middle and underground – according to Khanty's ideas about the three-part structure of the world. The Upper World is the world of Patron Gods. Here, half of the corridor is occupied by a river, the walls are decorated with real deer skins and yagel, and nearby there are figures of a deer and a reindeer herder with a child in national clothes. The middle world is the human world. In this part of the exhibition you will find household structures and objects of indigenous northern peoples: a plague, a dugout, a log house, a utility shed and even a sacred birch. Your attention will surely be attracted by birch bark products, as well as toys made of fur and beads. The underworld. Here you will become part of a grandiose light and sound exhibition, which will allow you to get acquainted with the local flora and fauna. The Museum's ethnographic collection is based on household items of the trom-Agan local group of Eastern Khanty. The open-air complex allows you to fully immerse yourself in the life of the Khanty: explore traditional homes, warehouses for storing food and clothing, an Adobe oven, and a deer pen. The enthusiast also collected an impressive Zoological taxidermy collection of the Surgut Ob region, which is considered unique. On September 1, 2000, a Museum and cultural center was opened in Nyagan. The basis of the museum funds were the finds in the settlement of the first inhabitants of this land-the settlement and burial complex «Emder». The exhibits were deposited in the museum by S. F. Koshkarov and A. P. Zykov, employees of the Institute of History and Archeology of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and NPMP «Volot». These are items that can tell a lot about the life of the ancient people who lived in the studied territory. Residents of the city also helped in collecting exhibits. thanks to the yard rounds and the appeal to the population, the museum was replenished with unique items. Today, the museum's collection includes more than 12,000 items, represented in 15 collections on archeology, paleontology, and ethnography. In 1990, a historical and ethnographic Museum was opened in the Kondinsky district, which collected everything important about the culture of the Eastern Mansi. Few people know that the Konda river basin is the historical homeland of this people. First, the exhibits were collected by a resident of the village of Polovinka, Anatoly Khomyakov, who was keenly interested in the history of the region and dreamed that descendants would have the opportunity to study the culture of Mansi. When about a hundred items accumulated, a small Museum was formed with three exhibition halls. The name was given to him in honor of the vanished village of Ucina, which was once situated in Kondinskiy district. Now it is a large Park-Museum with an area of 3000 square meters, which has the status of a district. There are 36 monuments of ancient settlements located in the open air, and a large number of exhibits collected from local residents are concentrated in the halls. All items reveal the life and culture of the Eastern Mansi. In addition, educational programmes and interesting route for Hiking around the beautiful Park of "Uchina". At the «Camp of a fisherman-hunter leading a semi-sedentary lifestyle» you will find more substantial dwellings: a winter hut and three warehouses in which the Ob Ugrians stored food supplies. You will see a hearth, a bread oven «nyan kor», a shed for storing and drying vegetables. After that, it is interesting to walk along the trail of a hunter and a fisherman. The exposition includes objects with which indigenous peoples engaged in crafts. Here you can see both modern and antique accessories: traps for game, fur-bearing animals, fish and much more. In addition, a temporary shelter for a fisherman and means of transportation are presented. In short, there are really a lot of interesting things in this ethnographic museum-park.

The park is located 42 kilometers from the city of Megion in the forest area of the Oktyabrsky forestry of the Megion forestry and includes a museum-camp – a historical and ethnographic complex, where 16 household and religious buildings are presented, a small spring lake Possen-Lor with a sandy beach, houses for visitors, gazebos, small architectural forms. Every year, citizens and tourists come to the Etarkharikurt camp to participate in traditional festivals and museum programs. National Khanty celebrations "Tiles Pori" (traditional Khanty rite treats of the moon), "crow's day" and "Day" and the Day of the indigenous peoples of the world are held with the participation of guests from different areas of Ugra (Beloyarskiy, Kazim, Unyugan, Khanty-Mansiysk, Soviet, Ugra, Lyantor, etc.). Within an hour, participants perform various tasks on the knowledge of their native land and the traditions of the northern peoples, compete in strength and agility. Each of the proposed programs ends with guests being treated to tea with taiga herbs and freshly baked bread from the outdoor oven.
